Skater Photography is a licensed photography service. By signing this form, I consent to the use of my data, including images (both still and moving), captured while utilizing Skater Photography’s services or participating in related activities.
These images and related content may be used in printed and electronic publications, video, audio, advertisements, press releases, photo galleries, news media, social media, and any other platforms Skater Photography employs for promotional purposes.
Skater Photography uses these materials to market and promote its services. By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I grant Skater Photography permission to use my name and image as described above without expectation of compensation or any other remuneration, now or in the future.
- The information provided in this form will be used to demonstrate Skater Photography’s compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
- My personal details will not be shared with any third party without my explicit consent unless legally required. Any contact information provided will only be used for communication regarding the material for which I have given consent.
- I acknowledge that my image may be used in print and electronic media, including the internet and official social media platforms, making it accessible to overseas audiences. I consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of my image, including to overseas recipients. Skater Photography will take reasonable steps to protect my data, and in case of unauthorized access or a data breach, I will be promptly notified, and appropriate measures will be taken.
- I assign all intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, and other related rights) of any images and data covered by this consent form to Skater Photography. Any images used will be respectful and will not be embarrassing or distressing.
- I waive any right to approve the final product, advertising copy, or printed material in which my image may appear. I also waive any right to compensation or royalties in connection with the use of my image and name.
- I agree to indemnify and hold Skater Photography harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the use of my image and name, including but not limited to claims of invasion of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.
- I have read and understood this form and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of my image under the stated conditions.
If I wish to withdraw my consent, I may do so at any time:
- By sending a withdrawal request via email, or
- By visiting the Help Desk at any nearest branch.
