1. Definitions

1.1 “Skater Photography” refers to the registered business entity under the laws of Kenya.

1.2 “Client” refers to any individual, organization, or entity engaging Skater Photography for services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 To secure services, clients must make a non-refundable booking fee of 50% at the time of booking.

2.2 Full payment is due before the commencement of the photography session.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation

3.1 Clients may reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance without incurring additional fees.

3.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

4. Photography Session

4.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate details regarding the location, time, and any specific requirements for the session.

4.2 Skater Photography retains the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Delivery of Photographs

5.1 Skater Photography will deliver the edited photographs within [specified time frame] after the session.

5.2 Clients will receive the final photographs in a digital format. Additional print services may be requested at an extra cost.

6. Usage and Copyright

6.1 Skater Photography retains the copyright to all images.

6.2 Clients grant Skater Photography the right to use the photographs for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio showcasing.

6.3 Clients must seek written permission for any commercial use, publication, or distribution of the photographs.

7. Client Cooperation

7.1 Clients are responsible for the behavior of all individuals involved during the session.

7.2 Skater Photography is not liable for any unfavorable outcomes resulting from the lack of cooperation or non-compliance with instructions during the session.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

8.1 Skater Photography will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the photography session.

8.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, Skater Photography may need to reschedule or cancel sessions.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Kenyan law.
